Packages are tailored for each individual to further enhance existing skills and offer opportunities to develop new skills that will enable them to progress into adulthood and independent living.
These can be tailored to meet the needs of the leaving care teams and may include rent, utilities, food and personal spends for the service user.
These packages are based upon our SCAMP Scheme.
